We've tried to improve accessibility on this site by various design and interaction measures. This is an ongoing effort to make our website usable by as many visitors as possible regardless of any special needs they have.

DESIGN
The overall design of this site uses W3C compliant XHTML 1.0 together with compliant CSS. The mark-up of the pages uses CSS for layout, i.e. no tables except where tabular data are displayed, thus rendering it more suitable for screen readers.

ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE
All pages comply with US Section 508 requirements and meet (or exceed) the Website Accessibility Initiative Level 1 'A' requirements. Excepting forms, all pages approach AAA-compliance.

ACCESS KEYS
The following access keys are available to some browsers:

SIZE AND COLOR
Some browsers may permit the site style to be overridden to one better suited for visitors with vision problems. User control over text size and colors is not presently available on this site, although it is planned for the near future.
